Production

• Veining (within acceptable range for treatment.)
• Cracks.
• Number of tones (blending or different)
• Shape of block in terms of ease of transportation, container loading and unloading and production at client's end.
• Quality control checks regarding dimensions, angel, thickness and finish on equal intervals of time during production, and before packing.
• Different tones are sorted and packed into separate boxes.

Packaging

• Slabs are packed in strong closed wooden bundles, with plastic sheets added between polished slabs to avoid scratching.
• Tiles are packed in strong wooden boxes that are surrounded with high density foam from all sides.
• Two sides are left without foam in order to identify color tone whenever the labels cannot be read or when boxes are stocked above each other.
• Plastic sheets are added between polished tiles to avoid scratches.
• 30x30 (12"x12") and 40x40 (16"x16") of 1 cm thickness are packed in foam boxes then packed again in strong wooden boxes to insure the highest safety of the products.
• Boxes can be stocked on each other up to 5 boxes.
• Each box is labeled with information identifying the material name, size, finish, quantity & Number of Pieces.
• Also the box is written on it the same information (material name, size, finish, quantity, tone & number of pieces) in case the label fell.
• A (V) shaped wood stick is put whenever there is small empty space between tiles, to avoid breakage of tile due to movement on trucks or ships.
• Boxes are connected together inside the container with wood to avoid movement of boxes.
• All our pallets, bundles and boxes are fumigated and stamped according to international laws.
